Raisa Queiroz

I have a degree in Cinema from the University of São Paulo (Brazil) and since I graduated (2017) I have been focusing on project management and planning.

Today I work in the management and planning of design projects and communication with six people in the team and clients from different areas of expertise.

Some important points I can mention are:

1. Shortens project delivery times with some team adjustments, allowing the volume of projects to increase and generate agency growth

2. Direct action with the customer, negotiating deadlines, values and delivery scopes, which allows me to convey to my internal team the objectives of each delivery more clearly, creating a better and stronger relationship with our customer

3. Working together with the financial sector of the company, managing invoices and payments on 'optimal' dates, assisting in the financial health of the agency.

I quote here a few points that reveal the good management and team work that has been done. 

I believe that good projects and good teams create space for people to show and develop their best versions to improve the world.
