I’m hard worker, never give up

which has provided me a strong appreciation of the different roles necessary for a team to flourish. Through running my own team, I have developed my leadership, interpersonal and communication skills. I have enjoyed the challenge of building a team, understanding the skill sets and goals of my colleagues and motivating them to work towards a shared vision for the future. Customer relationships has always been a passion of mine and I have continued to prioritise this across all the roles I have assumed as this is the key to success. I have also developed experience working in a manufacturing company which has allowed me to acquire an understanding of production and refurbishment processes. I have obtainedinvaluable skills in stock taking, liaising with wider company branches, and effectively communicating within a team to meet daily targets. I am a hardworking, reliable, and committed individual. I work well under pressure and can problem-solve challenges to complete tasks efficiently to meetdeadlines both independently and within a team.
