To design, review and implement new processes or improvements in the operations or construction of a manufacturing unit, hotel organizations and building management for related facilities.

Ensure the optimal operation of high-rise commercial real estate, commercial and industrial plants, university campuses, medical centers, offices, and government facilities.

Served as FACILITIES MANAGER with five-star hotels and facilities management companies across UK and Pakistan 

 

 

  • overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, technology and so on. 

 

  • supervising multi-disciplinary team of staff including cleaning, maintenance, grounds and security.

 

  • ensuring that basic facilities, such as water and heating, are well-maintained. 

 

  • managing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

 

  • allocating and managing space between buildings.

 

  • ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards. 

 

  • advising businesses on increasing energy efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 

 

  • overseeing building projects, renovations or refurbishments. 

 

  • helping businesses to relocate to new offices and to make decisions about leasing. 

 

  • drafting reports and making written recommendations.

Education

Education 

 

 

  • Degree in Facility Management from UK. 

 

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering from NED university

 

  • FSC (Pre-Engineering) with English, Physics, Chemistry and Math subjects. 

 

  • Associated Engineer in Communication from Pakistan Air Force

 

Diploma/ Certifications 

 

  • Level 3 award in Assessing vocationally related achievements 

 

  • Qualified as 18th Edition Electrical Engineer 

 

  • PTLLS (Prepare to teach in life long sector) 

 

  • Level 3 certificate for inspection and testing electrical equipment

 

  • Certificate of achievement in building engineering services 

 

  • Electrical Supervisor Certificate 

 

  • Boiler Engineer Certificate 

 

  • NCCER, Craft Training, Core Curricula, Electronics system technician. 

 

  • Electrical certificate/license from U A E Ministry of Electric and Power.
