About Rajib Moazzam:

An experienced Design Leader, skilled in people management, strategy, planning, budgeting, processes and design operations with a background in global, fast-moving businesses in the SaaS, consultancy and creative agency sectors.

 

I've played an integral part in the 7x ARR growth and 5x topline growth of these businesses and thrive in building global cross-functional design teams from the ground up and guiding them to success in a commercially connected, goal-driven way.

 

My superpower has always been keeping my creative teams (currently 16 line reports) grounded and focused amidst the fast-paced and fast-growing businesses. I put this down to my ability to set clear direction, filter distractions, be adaptable, and have a passion for mentoring and fostering good relationships.
