My roles have included Hotel and Accommodation Operations Manager, Rooms Division Manager, Executive Housekeeper, and Housekeeping Manager, among others.

In these positions, I have successfully overseen all property operations, ensuring the highest levels of hospitality and service across key departments such as Housekeeping, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and more. My responsibilities have included managing both front-office and back-office operations, streamlining processes to ensure smooth functionality across all guest outlets, and driving high profitability for the company.
