Data Administrator – GXO Logistics

• I input data into spreadsheets, made necessary calls, dealt with incoming delivery’s, filled out paperwork relevant to the delivery’s as well as reports on the shift.
• Provided Tech Support, followed training and resolved any broken computers or crashed software, passed on information to managers. 
• Maintained communication between the office, management, and workers within the factory. I completed forms and spreadsheets which were required to be filled in periodically which improved my time management skills, which are essential when working within a team in a fast passed environment.
