Final year Occupational Therapy MSc. student at Brighton University dedicated to supporting individuals in carrying out the activities that are most meaningful to them. I am passionate about bringing person-centred, neurodiverse-affirming practice to all healthcare settings.

Support Worker with The Disabilities Trust: (August-December 2023)

Supported individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries to carry out Activities of Daily Living and meaningful occupations. Developed an understanding of how having an Acquired Brain Injury may impact on an individuals’ daily occupational life, and the significance that adaptations to support their needs can have in improving quality of life. 

Placement with NHS ME/CFS Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Service: (Jan-March 2025)

Developed my understanding of Occupational Therapy Practice. Built on my understanding of group therapy intervention and dynamics, the assessment process and Compassion Focused Therapy. 

Placement with JB Occupational Therapy Service: (October-December 2025)

Developed my knowledge and understanding of what Occupational Therapy can do for individuals living with long-term health conditions including EDS, Fibromyalgia and POTS.

Placement with Sussex Community Foundation Trust: (Starting February 2026)
