About Rayan Ali:

I am a very passionate, hardworking individual who has 5 to 6 years experience in the field of Customer Service. From working in Pharmacies, to Mcdonald’s and Tesco, to even as a mechanic, I have amazing customer service skills and confidence and great work ethics. 

Experience

I started my experience from working at a Pharmacy as a Sales Assistant for 100 hours of work experience and slowly grew my confidence to start working into bigger companies for example, Tesco where the key role was customer based. Building of that, I progressed a career in Bodywork where I was repairing vehicles and creating work relationships with clients as well as running the social media page. 

Education

I recently completed a CSCS course where I secured a Level 1 Labourer Green Card as well as Level 1 Health and safety, and a Level 1 in personal safety. I currently study Cyber Security in University.
