About Raymond Barrett:

 An organised, confident and motivated practitioner with over 20 years’ plus experience working with and supporting disaffected, disengaged young people and their families. Excellent skills in working with challenging and disadvantaged young people in and out of a classroom situation. I am passionate, energetic and adaptable, this enables me to build up an excellent rapport with the young people. Always striving to motivate others and assisting them to make positive steps forward using strong leadership skills. Ability to work well on own initiative or as part of a team, good communication skills and use initiative to meet the highest standards. Always striving to go that extra mile in order to achieve the set goals. Seeking new challenges and additional responsibilities to progress in my career.
