I have worked in the sales department handling sales enquires and ensuring targets are met and appropriate quotes are provided informing the customer of all the details. I have also been tasked with booking sold jobs for the surveyors into their diaries, having to make sure I booked jobs that don't exceed his limit per day and that the travel for the surveyor is suitable. this involved calling estate agents and sellers with this meeting GDPR regulations.
