I am currently working as a Police Controller and have been witb Thames Valley Police for nearly 3 years. I have previous experience as a Learning Facilitator (carer), Personal Banker and Sales Consultant. 

Organisation, confidentiality and excellent attention to detail have been essential in all of my roles. I have also gained a lot of experience around problem solving, informed decision making, risk assessing and effective communication
