I am a highly experienced content writer, proficient in SEO. I've worked in a wide range of industries (in-house, agency-side and as a freelancer), including healthcare, recruitment, insurance, education and lifestyle. I’m passionate about people and love working on content focused on human behaviour (arguably all content is!).

A former Spain expat, I worked abroad for several years as a copywriter, for the world's largest independent bookmaker, and established my own team. I since worked in senior roles at UK-leading companies including Bupa and Priory Group. As a freelancer, my clients run from SMEs to large organisations, including NHS and Boohoo.

I founded two companies - Same Shit, Different Brain and The Loud Quiet. SSDB is a community aiming to help people feel less alone and amplify voices through mental health stories. I produce and host events and podcasts, creating safe spaces for people to connect on a human level. TLQ is a business offering personal growth and wellbeing events. I am trained in breathwork facilitation and run regular in-person classes, holding space to help people process trauma, overcome barriers and reach their full potential.
