About Reddy Mahija:

My personal strengths and qualities includes Resilience - Management roles in health care can be unpredictable with high-pressure, stress, long hours of work with challenging situations. presumably, without resilience at work its more likely to burn out easily and can tend to make mistakes and this can further impact on decision making, work etc., I strongly believe I am resilient to withstand and bonce back quickly. 

Compassion, empathetic, situational analysis, Respectful, Flexibility at work and my strong commitment to work to deliver a quality health and social care services for NHS.

Stress management is my strong suit. Charismatic leadership quality is my asset. 


 

Experience

Currently working as Deputy manager in Home trust Care center, Kendal, Cumbria. 

Clinical Team lead at Care hospital  | 2018-2019.

Experience of managing as a team lead for Clinical thesis & management in an organisation with positive outcomes of delivering care for patients. 

Experience of working in Hospital under clinical and management units during which I took a role of team lead to facilitate scheduling and planning of team work.

Assistant manager  | Care hospitals | May 2019-july 2020.

Role and Responsibilities : To provide leadership and management to the administration staff, to facilitate scheduling and planning of team work for hospital administration staff, trainee nurses under the guidance of senior manager and Doctors. 

To record day to day clinical activities like Patient follow up rates, Treatment cost etc., and to help senior manager in strategy making, improving care, training and rotations for staff. Quality assurance and control.

Well-being coordinator | HC-ONE Care home| March 2021-Dec 2021.

 

Education

Post Graduate Diploma in Health Services management  | 2020 -2021 |University of Glasgow. Scotland.

Academic training in Management and leadership in Health Services, Managing Strategic Change, Health Economics, Managing health care organisations, Human resources management, Marketing management.

Doctor of Pharmacy | 2014-2019 | Guru Nanak university.

Clinical rotations and training in Care hospitals in various departments (Neuro Sciences, Cardiology, Gynaecology, General surgery, Orthopaedics) 

Prospective student at Harvard Business school online for Specialisation in leadership and management.
