I consider myself a highly motivated, passionate and enthusiastic person who will give no less than 100 percent towards her work. I am dedicated, hard working and loyal individual, who relishes on challenges. I am currently working at boots pharmacy and holding 15 years of experience in my field as a pharmacy dispenser. 

I am currently working at Boots pharmacy as a dispenser/ advisor with 15 years of experience in pharmacy field.

 My main duties are: 

 Tailoring conversations with every customer to ensure that leave pharmacy feeling informed and confident about their health care needs.

Delivering the technical aspects of the dispensary whilst ensuring the safe supply of medicines e.g. ordering medicines, labelling, dispensing, endorsing and collection of prescriptions 

Complying with legal and professional requirements and accepted guidance on professional practice in Boots.

Seeking opportunities to engage with GPs and practice teams to promote services and items.

Delivering efficient dispensary operations and ensuring dispensing losses are minimised.

Processing prescriptions on Columbus.

In 2019, I achieved my NVQ level 2 as a Pharmacy Advisor.

As I was born in Portugal, I have studied Portuguese in Villa Nova De Gaia, Porto. I studied in Colegio Trancoso.

For my Decimo Secundario (Portuguese equivalent to GCSE's), I received: English - B, Mathematics - C, Humanities - C,     History - C, Latin - B, Portuguese - B, Science - C, Geography - C and       German - B.
