I have over 20 years working in a variety of administrative services with the private, public and voluntary sectors.  My focus is on customer satisfaction by providing an efficient, professional and friendly service.

Experience

My experience includes working as a Personal Secretary, Team Secretary, Customer Services Officer and Call Centre Operator in housing, telecommunications and legal offices.  I am also a fully qualified therapist providing stress management tools, techniques and strategies within the voluntary sector and West Lothian Council.  I have provided therapies to employees in Sky TV,  clients at Cancer Support Scotland and private clients throughout West Lothian and Falkirk region.
