I am a dedicated and hardworking individual with experience across many sectors of the working world. I approach each new challenge with a unique perspective and can work efficiently both alone, and part of a team. It is a personal goal of mine to break into management for the company I work for, to better myself and the company.

Costa Coffee, Staple-Tye (Barista Maestro - March 25th to Present

I joined Costa under a franchise and started as a Barista, quickly working myself up to Barista Maestro (Shift Manager) in just under a month. I take great pride in my Coffee standards and my ability to lead teams effectively while on shift. I am calm and level headed under pressure, and can make quick decisions on the fly to best place my team where they are needed. While here, I also took on the responsibility of pushing my colleagues to upsell our character roast while on shift. 
KFC Harlow – 10th July 2020 thru 28th February 2021
While working in the hospitality sector, I was tasked with packing orders for delivery services such as Just Eat and Deliveroo. I also operated the drive thru and ensured customers’ orders were taken and packed with high accuracy. Customer Service was an important part of my job, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Clipper Logistics PLC – 18th October 2019 – 31st June 2020
At Clipper, within the Logistics sector I worked under the contract of Browns, who deal with high end designer clothing brands such as Gucci, Versace and Balenciaga. I worked on Goods In, both sorting and organizing goods, whilst also doing admin work, dealing with clients and ensuring systems were up to date. I also helped set up and organize quarantine procedures at the Harlow location, working alongside management to perfect and enhance the procedure to make it as efficient as possible.
