I left BT in January 2021 under an early release scheme after 42 years of continuous employment with BT.

In my most recent employment I worked as a Design and Delivery Manager on complex telecommunications projects (2001 - 2021).  This involved working closely with suppliers and seeing projects through from inception to completion.

Prior to this, I carried out reliability and mathematical modelling, from 1993 - 2001

I worked in Birmingham from 1978 - 1993, initially as an apprentice, and then as a component test engineer.

Educated to degree level in Mathematics and Technology (Open University 1990 - 1997)

BTEC in Telecommunications (1978 - 1981)

Left Hodge Hill Comprehensive school (Birmingham) in 1978 with 8 x GCSEs (7 x O Levels and 1 x CSE)
