About Richard Drew:
I have enjoyed a career in the construction industry spanning 26 years. Beginning from school as a tradesman, I then founded and run a building company. Currently managing Projects for Tier1 contractors.
My passions lie in customer satisfaction and creating a space exactly as specified.
Construction can at times come with differences of perspective. What I thrive on is joining these up to avoid disputes and ensure both parties of a Contract and end users are satisfied.
Experience
2023-2025: Multiplex Global - role as Senior Construction Manager on Projects under JCT-CM contract conditions with values of 200m-300m
2011-2023: ISG - role as Senior Construction Manager/Project Manager on fit out Projects under JCT-D&B contract conditionswith values of 1m-100m
2005-2011: Belmas Construction - role as founder and owner. Belmas specialised in renovations and extensions.
Education
HNC in Construction and the Built Environment at London South Bank University
Member status of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration. Studying Adjudication and currently working towards fellowship.
