During my time as a trainee nurse at Bupa Dental Care, I demonstrated exceptional dedication and a
strong work ethic. As a hands-on individual, i was always eager to learn new skills and techniques to
improve the quality of care for patients.
My role primarily focused on decontamination and patient care. In the decontamination area, I was
responsible for ensuring that all equipment was properly sterilized and ready for use. I consistently
followed strict protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients and staff.
With patients, I demonstrated excellent communication skills, compassion, and empathy. I took the time
to understand their individual needs and concerns, ensuring that they felt comfortable and at ease during
their appointments. My dedication to patient care helped to build strong relationships and a positive
reputation for the practice.
Overall, my hard work and dedication made a significant impact on the success of the practice. My
passion for the job and commitment to excellence set a high standard for others to follow.
Customer Service

My position in primark was helping to make sure the store was always clean and presentable. I made sure
there was never any safety hazards around and the customers were satisfied. For some time i was on
the till which is something i very much enjoyed doing due to the fact that, i could work on my customer
service skills. I was usally on t-shirts because i was good at making the store look presentable.

I worked at Abacus nursery for my work experience whilst i was at college in st brendans.
It was a fun experience because i was around children and got to have a preview of what it is like working
with children.
I helped the children read and help them to develop there skills.
It boosted my confidence around children and gave me a good insight as to how you need to behave
around them.
