I am a responsible, multi-talented team member with punctuality and dedication, and am able to take on any required task along with adapting to changing conditions with a resourceful and hardworking mindset. I am dedicated to business success, ready to learn more and advance professionally. I am motivated and desire to contribute to business success, while focusing on customer satisfaction and team productivity. I am reliable with organisational, time management and multitasking skills to work in various environments. I am always ready to help customers and team members, and am extremely approachable.

My greatest passion is in media and marketing, this is the career path I would like to follow. I've always enjoyed it since I first started learning Media at GCSE level. I am very much into the marketing and campaigning for products and/or brands. My strong knowledge with social media and IT skills assists me with perfecting my skills for this choice in career.

However, I am also very passionate to display my customer service skills in any positions that may come, with a keen eye for detail and presentation, along with strong communication. I feel that my skillset fits perfectly with customer service roles too. I am an extremely fast learner, and am always ready to take on a challenge, whether it's a completely new role, or even a small task, I am ready to take it on.

1. Junior Marketeer - Arabian World Ltd:     This role is a work experience in working to support my father's global company in raising awareness for minority groups around the globe. I design the marketing campaigns, posters and social medias for the company. This allows me to further develop my technological skills and expands my creativity.
2. Shop Assistant – Schoolwear Solutions: Maintained immaculate shop visual standards, organising window shop displays; served customers and balanced various tasks; collaborated and offered support with extra tasks to meet team goals; offered exceptional customer service with strong product knowledge; prepared and packaged orders with precise presentation skills; warmly greeted customers and proactively reduced wait times.
