I am an experienced executive and board-level leader with more than twenty-five years in logistics, supply chain, and operational transformation. As Managing Director of Supply Chain Leaders Recruitment and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (FCILT), I bring deep expertise in governance, strategic leadership, and organisational performance.

I have served in senior operational and advisory roles across multi-million-pound businesses and education trusts, contributing to finance, risk, and strategy committees. My approach combines commercial acumen with a values-led leadership style, focused on transparency, accountability, and long-term sustainability.

Currently studying on the Emerging CEO Programme, I continue to develop my capability in corporate governance and strategic growth. Experience

I am an accomplished executive and governance leader with over twenty-five years of experience across logistics, supply chain, and operations. My career has included board-level roles leading £200 million operations and multi-site teams of more than 4,000 colleagues across the UK, Europe, and North America.

As Managing Director of Supply Chain Leaders Recruitment and a former Chief Operating Officer (Interim) at Elovate Group, I have delivered transformation programmes, strengthened governance frameworks, and driven commercial growth in both public and private sector environments.

I bring a strong track record in strategic leadership, board governance, financial oversight, and people development underpinned by integrity, accountability, and a passion for organisational excellence.

Education

I hold a BA (Hons) in Leadership from Sheffield Hallam University and am currently completing the Emerging CEO Programme, focused on strategic governance, innovation, and corporate leadership.

In addition, I hold professional certifications in IOSH Managing Safely and Lean Six Sigma (BQF), reflecting my commitment to safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.

I am also a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (FCILT), demonstrating recognised excellence in professional leadership and governance within the logistics and supply chain sector.
