A compassionate counsellor, psychotherapist, Reiki Practitioner and Clinical Supervisor who has offered integrative counselling services for both adults and adolescence. I have gained substantial experience working with a variety of issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Developmental Trauma, PTSD, personality disorders, Eating Disorders, sexual issues, addiction and etc. in education, IAPT and private settings both in short and long-term basis for the past six years. Adept at establishing a therapeutic relationship and a trusting rapport with individuals, helping them to cope and heal from their mental suffering using psychodynamic approaches such IFS, AEDP and ISTDP as well as CBT, somatic experiencing and mindfulness approaches. 

I have eight solid years of experience in mental health sectors and also an experienced mindfulness practitioner as well as a Reiki Practitioner. I am an enthusiastic, calm-mannered person with excellent organisational skills and a flexible working attitude. With a clear Enhanced DBS check. 

BSc graduate in Psychology, Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and Level 7 Supervision with individuals and groups. Furthermore, I have been engaging with a variety of CPD relating to Trauma and attachment disorders.
