I have experience working in a customer-facing role and creating personal relationships with clients. I am passionate about animal welfare having completed a course by the University of Edinburgh. I am a resilient, hard working and friendly person who is keen to make a difference.

Pet Portraits By Roonagh                                              I set up my own business selling hand painted watercolour pet portraits. This has helped me develop skills in marketing, sales and working with clients. I am really passionate about animals and love to create lasting memories for my customers.

Shop Assistant at Dig In                                                    I volunteered at Dig In, a community greengrocers. I enjoyed engaging with my local community while providing a useful service. I served customers on the till, single-handedly ran the shop for hours at a time, managed stock control as well as providing friendly customer service and receiving deliveries. 

Administrative Assistant at The HR Dept  Responsibility for a wide range of administrative and marketing tasks including processing data through a CRM system, issuing blogs and social media posts, conducting market research and general support of the business.

Housekeeper at Dunmuir Hotel                           In this role I interacted with customers and cleaned rooms to a high and consistent standard.

 Volunteer at Projects Abroad                              

During a voluntary placement in Ghana I  was part of a small team working with local schools and communities to support and educate children. To be able to go I had to fundraise £2,000 on my own. I did this in 6 months through a range of activities, and this helped me to develop skills in contacting people and arranging events.

Animal Behaviour and Welfare course with University of Edinburgh. I am also in the process of completing another of their courses, The Truth about Cats and Dogs.
