Since graduating with a BSc First Class Honours from Newcastle University, I have had 4 years industry experience across Customer Service, Logistics, Sales and Buying. Through my corporate roles I have confidently exercised a capacity to manage suppliers, retailers and online selling platforms, negotiate pricing and analyse consumer data and trends to make key strategic decisions. I am CRM literate and technologically proficient with a thorough understanding of spreadsheets, presentations, ERP and PIM systems.

I am a driven and detail-orientated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. I have a strong ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively adopting a meticulous approach to ensure the highest possible standard is achieved. Whilst capable of working independently, I thoroughly enjoy working as part of a team.
