• Administered the branch's budget for seasonal upcoming brands to display in the store. Worked with the design advisor to meet the company's sales targets.

• Once a fortnight I held a meeting with all the branch's all employees to offer incentives to maintain sales and moral. 

• With good marketing, and long-term relationships with customers, the branch's trade exceeded the goals set by Head Office.
