Responsibilities:

1. Experienced Finance and BI Manager with a proven track record in Data Analytics. Proficient in leveraging data-driven insights to optimize financial performance and inform strategic decision-making. Possess a comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics and its application in driving digital marketing strategies. Adept in crafting data-driven reports and analyses to support business objectives and enhance ROI. Highly skilled in harnessing data to identify trends, forecast financial outcomes, and recommend actionable solutionsLead the implementation of analytics in digital assets from the establishment of objectives and KPIs to the creation of measurement plans and subsequent implementation using Tag Manager and Data Layers with Santander technology teams.

2. Analyze online lead or customer acquisition through digital channels: SEM, display, email, social, etc. offering recommendations to optimize acquisition strategies and landing pages in order to maximize ROI. 
- Coordination with media agencies of all campaign measurement.
Planning and executing paid media campaigns on Social Media (Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Google (SEM and Display), DV360 or similar.
- Measurement support to all internal linking campaigns. 

3. Constantly optimize websites and apps with the goal of increasing conversion (CRO) by analyzing data from analytics tools and user testing.
Two years of experience in CRO projects in coordination with external agencies specialized in CRO.

4. Design and build dashboards and reports to monitor websites and digital campaigns detecting inefficiencies and providing recommendations.

- Analytics: Google Analytics (Universal and GA4), Google Big Query advanced level.
