I've been working for the past 5 years in the logistical sector of medical services where I have acquired and developed a wide and strong knowledge in all logistics areas, from Receiving, stock/inventory management, quality control, reverse logistics, shipping and overall supervision/coordination of operations.

Globus Medical UK – Logistics Operations Coordinator Jan 2022 – Present 
- Supervised the day to day operations such as goods in & out, kit checking & replenishment, administrative duties, liaising with operations team, customer service and reps. - Monitored warehouse stock with current usage to maintain its required levels. - Overseen cycle of order fulfilment of GLOBUS biologics portfolio. - Cooperated with management and customer service supervisor in promoting general process improvements. - Introduced new standard operating procedures focused on streamlining Ops workflow. - Mentored and guided new members of staff. 
  – Operations Assistant (contractor) Apr 2021 - Dec 2021 
- Processed kit returns from the field. - Assisted with shipping duties. - Collaborated with the European distribution Centre in getting inventory reconciled. - Worked close with Ops supervisor to improve goods-in processes. - Liaised with the EDC to ensure all sterile products were in accordance with ISO certification.

- Dealt with a high volume of incoming COVID-19 samples daily. From reception, sample identification, labelling, data entry and dispatch to be tested. 

Jayhawk Fine Art – Key Account Administrator Feb 2020 - Mar 2020 
- Managed Wallpaper* magazine account by handling their editorial design campaigns, supporting client operations setting up photo shoots, aiding with collection, condition check, storage and returns of design items. - Worked close with the director to find the best solution to improve goods in and goods out processes and to create new storage locations in the system for a new facility setup. 

K2M – General Inventory Specialist Sep 2018 - Dec 2019 
- Recruited by K2M into permanent role. Received inventory from the US every week to restock FG (finished goods) and fulfil backorders. Performed periodic Cycle counts of FG. Dealt with damaged and/or excess parts returned from hospitals. Conducted sets and replenishments final inspection before shipping. - Travelled to Dublin cycle count and reconcile K2M’s Loan kits in four hospitals. - Selected by Ops Manager to set up a facility in Germany for possible Hard-Brexit scenario. Reviewed floorplan and identified streamline process for goods in and out. Set up warehouse within tight deadline (three days). Isolated K2M’s European Operations via hub and tested validity of contingency facility. Minimized impact on customers. Achieved financial reward for work completed within deadline and to standard required. 
  – Repackaging & Receiving Technician (contractor) Mar 2018 - Sep 2018 
- Initiated a repackaging operation at the European Distribution Centre(UK). This process saved the company around USD$60k per year. Repackaged around 2000 sterile units exceeding stretch target of three months. Met internal and external audit requirements. Gave training to temporary workers. - As a Receiving clerk received sterile and non-sterile sets coming back from the hospitals. Booked sets into the system. Maintained contact with customer service to keep track of upcoming deliveries and/or to report any incomplete sets. Assisted team with daily tasks.

Randstad Portugal - English Technical Support Advisor May 2017 - Feb 2018 
- Provided technical phone support for Apple customers. Worked as customer first point of contact providing technical assistance troubleshooting iOS devices. Developed technical knowledge on a wide range of Apple products via training courses and webinars. Later promoted to macOS Tech Advisor. Focused on customer satisfaction answered queries and educated about apple products and services. Built customer trust and confidence in apple products. 

wTVision – Quality Control Operator Aug 2016 - Mar 2017 NOS Lusomundo TV Production Centre 
- Acting from the point of view of a customer carried out quality control of video content available on Video-on-Demand. Sent weekly reports to the VOD department supervisor with detailed information about the condition of the video content verified. Was able to do quality checks in at least half of the content available in the VOD catalogue. 
  – Live Broadcast & media Operator (Part-time) Oct 2016 - Jan 2017 ZAP La Liga Production Control Room 
- Assisted the operations supervisor during Live coverage (transmission) of La Liga football games. Tested and ensured a good signal before broadcasting the games. Prepared audio channels for live game voiceovers. Controlled on-air graphics. Recorded games for future playback. 
  – TV Broadcast & multimedia Operator Apr 2015 - May 2016 TV Globo International Control Room 
- Monitored the quality and accuracy of the on-air content of 5 channels ensuring an effective run of all operations and systems in the master control room. Troubleshooted equipment malfunctions and signal failures. Recorded live programs for future playback. Verified and catalogued video content received via FTP (File transfer Protocol). Broadcast (scheduled) programming according with client guidelines for upcoming days.
