In my most recent role as Corporate Responsibility & Sustainability Officer, I developed and implemented sustainability strategies aligned with organisational goals, enhanced operational efficiency through digital transformation, and drove engagement with internal and external stakeholders to promote positive impact. My work included implementing data-driven reporting systems, streamlining workflows, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Previously, as a Service Manager and Deputy Manager in health and social care settings, I provided leadership to diverse teams, ensured compliance with regulatory standards set by CQC, and led quality assurance through audits and process enhancements. My role included delivering person-centered care, mentoring staff, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes for service users.
