Experience
-Tracking commercial sale/lease transactions, creating comparables, presenting CRE data as analytics to trend forecasts alongside providing premium client service.
- Provide support and understanding on market conditions for clients to assist in analysing risk and maximising ROI through the evaluation of assets: commercial, retail, industrial and multi-family.
Strong use of excel and attention to detail when creating market reports and presentations for clients. Developed ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks.
Managing a portfolio with over 1,100 unique listings through cultivating and sustaining strong relationships with commercial clients, ranging from developers, owners, agents and investors.
Deliver significant training to upskill clients within my portfolio on the Costar product. This includes hosting independent webinars, onboarding and troubleshooting to provide an elevated level of support and product knowledge to clients.
Volunteering in extra projects such as quarterly and annual campaigns. Achieved through investigating the biggest CRE deals across the UK (particularly in the North East) providing quantitative research for published articles.
Education
My most recent education is undertaking my bachelors degree in business studies. I graduated in 2022 and have post grad expereince working in commercial real estate, particularly working with comparable data and client associate. I achieved a 2:1 and undertook modules on ethics, statistics and philosophy.
