I have done my Esol in English, Functional Skills in Math and English Or Itq . I have also done Business  Administration . 

Customer service, administration work including cutting and laminating documents, IT troubleshooting for inexperienced users like opening email accounts, scanning, printing.

Streamlining flow of patients in the phlebotomy department at Russell’s Hall Hospital, Dudley. I liaised with patients and phlebotomy team to ensure patients attend the appointments at schedules time as well as giving number slips to patients without appointments.

I also gained administration experience by helping in data entry, filing documents in name order, ensuring notes are transported out for outpatient appointments,

Business Administration
