An emotionally intelligent, resilient, self development enthusiast with an undying hunger for helping others become the best versions of themselves. I have trodden many paths of life which I believe make me an adaptable candidate to almost any role. I have been on/graduated coaching programmes run by tycoons of the self development world like Jay Shetty and Steven Bartlett, while also having undertaken a voluntary role in accountability coaching to widen my skillset.

Working under the DWP on both the work and health program and the restart scheme, I have guided people from all works of life that were both able and disabled, into/ toward sustainable employment using various coaching methods dependant on the situation/ need of the client.
