I'm a Procurement Manager who has predominately worked on major infrastructure projects in Central London. Having started my career in Procurement just over 14 years ago working for Taylor Woodrow on the Tottenham Court Road Station Upgrade Project, followed by Crossrail Systems Wide and just recently finished on the HS2 London Tunnels Project. My role now involves working for a major Tier 1 contractor in the role as a Category Manager for Directs, looking after categories such as Traffic Management, Fuels, Operated and Non Operated Plant, Site Waste Management, to name a few. 

I'm passionate about designing innovative procurement strategies and framework agreements that drive cost efficiency and resilience, even in challenging economic times and I get excited by the opportunity to leverage digital tools, like B2B requisition platforms, to streamline processes and unlock significant savings.

My biggest recent achievements include implementing a cost avoidance strategy for Operated Plant during global turmoil and inflation (2021-2023), negotiating favorable framework agreements that saved £3 million, and developing a digital requisition platform with online e-ordering functionality, saving £20 million through consolidation and economies of scale.
