My career has focused on developing innovative technologies for healthcare and assistive applications. I bring a deep understanding of analog and digital electronics, embedded systems, and low-power design—complemented by hands-on experience across the full product lifecycle. This includes schematic design, multi-layer PCB development using tools such as Altium and Eagle, prototyping, firmware development, and ensuring regulatory compliance for CE-marked consumer and medical-grade devices (including EMC, RF, and safety standards). I have designed and implemented systems using a wide range of communication protocols (I2C, UART, SPI, BLE, Wi-Fi), and platforms from AD, STMicroelectronics (several CE marked products based on STM32) and Texas Instruments. My work also includes close collaboration with mechanical designers to develop enclosures optimized for both user acceptance and market readiness. With extensive experience in system-level debugging and fault finding, I am proficient with lab tools such as oscilloscopes, and spectrum analyzers. During my PhD, I led the development of an AI-powered parasite detection tool in microscopic images, collaborating closely with clinicians through a rigorous, user-centered design process. In parallel, I served as the lead technical contributor on multiple digital health projects, developing wearable medical technologies and embedded edge-computing solutions. These systems incorporated biosensor interfaces, real-time data inference using on-device AI, and secure data storage both locally and through cloud platforms such as Azure and Firebase. Beyond engineering and research, I am the founder of KEPSHOP.com and AI-Console.com, where I gained hands-on experience in electronic component sourcing, supply chain management, and cost-effective design for manufacturing and testing (DFM/DFT).
