With continuous Innovations in Technology, Design is just a chapter with an unfathomable number of pages written and incalculable pages yet to be written. 

I aim to write a story in this chapter, during the current age of Innovation.

• Head of Content - White Haathi, Kolkata

- Led the design and marketing team by crafting organic campaigns for their most recent jewellery launch, The Personalised Collection.
- Helped them grow from 5000 followers to a dedicated and engaged community of 18,500 followers from February to July with strategically crafted influencer marketing and jewellery design campaigns.

• QA Analyst - Cognizant, Chennai

- Led the BI Billing & IVR team along with assisting the on-site developer and the PM in product test launches and iterations. 
- Worked in IVR Software Testing with proficiency in software such as Cyara, Selenium, TOAD, and Genesys where I developed an automation code that cut down almost 30+ manual hours/ month to help the IVR system identify bugs and technical errors during iterations. 
- Assisted in helping other project members and trainees become familiar with the software and project by giving them skill transfer sessions on the same.

• Content Writer - Socialspil, Netherlands

- Crafted social media copies, captions and content planners for various small businesses and service-based niches. 
- My work included creating and designing social media content for lead generation experts, beauty businesses, sustainable services and creative studios like interior decor and construction firms in the Netherlands, North America and Australia region.
