Experience
I have been working as a Senior HR Advisor (Generalist) at the Australian Council for Educational Research UK (ACER UK), where I work with various teams across the UK and Australia. I regularly help and support the Senior Management team including CEO on a day-to-day basis and perform strategic and operational HR activities.
I have worked as a part-time stand-alone HR Manager at Harmony Capital Investors Limited, where I performed all HR related duties including recruitment & selection, employee onboarding, performance management & improvement, strategic direction as part of the leadership team, employee relations, budgeting, coordinating payroll, and change management.
Before my role at ACER UK, I worked as a HR Officer at the Government Actuary’s Department (GAD). Working at this organization has given me the opportunity to work under pressure with tight deadlines, as the purpose for my hire was to help and support the HR Director and Senior HR Business Partner on talent management, learning and development, benefits and reward and HR policy implementation.
Last but not least, my experience at Posh Fashion UK Ltd has also enhanced my generalist experience as I was involved in advising employees on HR policies, took part in the full recruitment life cycle as well as supporting senior leaders through the organizational and cultural changes that were occurring during the transformation process.
