I have several years of business experience, primarily in roles that emphasise customer service, sales, and communication. I am passionate about creating personalised experiences that cater to individual needs, whether it's assisting clients in finding the ideal product or assisting teams in a collaborative setting. My key skills include excellent interpersonal communication, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and the ability to solve problems on the spot, all of which enable me to excel in dynamic, client-facing roles.

My roles in customer service, sales, and communication have provided me with a wide range of skills. At The Talent House (April 2023 - present), I excelled as a Beauty Advisor, where I learnt how to understand customer needs, provide personalised service, and develop strong client relationships. My time as a bartender/waitress at Afrikana (Sept 2021 - 2023) allowed me to hone my adaptability, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities in fast-paced environments, all while maintaining high service standards. Furthermore, my experience as an A-Level Economics Tutor (2021-22) helped me improve my communication and teaching skills by simplifying complex concepts and assisting students with their learning.

I graduated with a BA (Hons) in Economics and International Relations from De Montfort University, achieving a 2:1. My studies focused on key areas such as Research Methods and Behavioural Economics, where I developed strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills. This academic foundation provided me with a solid understanding of economic theory, global relations, and critical thinking—skills that are highly applicable to a classroom environment, especially when supporting student learning and development.
