I’m a project‑focused operations and service delivery professional currently transitioning into project coordination and junior project management roles.

Over the past 10+ years, I’ve worked in fast‑paced, regulated service environments where I’ve led operational change, implemented new processes and systems, coordinated cross‑functional teams, and managed complex stakeholder relationships. While my roles were often operational in title, much of my work involved structured change delivery, service transitions, and implementation projects — balancing governance with real‑world delivery.

I’m now intentionally moving into project‑based roles where I can focus on planning, coordination, stakeholder communication, and seeing change delivered end‑to‑end, rather than day‑to‑day firefighting. I bring a pragmatic, organised approach, strong communication skills, and a solid understanding of risk, dependencies, and delivery in live environments.

I’m currently looking at completing PRINCE2® Foundation to formalise my project management knowledge and align my experience with recognised frameworks. I’m particularly interested in roles such as Project Coordinator, Project Support Officer, Junior Project Manager, or Implementation Coordinator, ideally within corporate, public sector, or service‑based organisations.

What I offer is reliability, structure, and calm delivery — someone who understands how projects really land in operational settings and works collaboratively to make change stick.

I bring over 10 years of experience across service delivery, operations management, and account management roles within complex, regulated environments. My background includes leading operational change, coordinating cross‑functional teams, improving processes, and supporting the delivery of system implementations and service transitions while maintaining live service performance.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked closely with stakeholders at all levels, managed priorities across multiple workstreams, and supported projects involving workflow redesign, system rollouts, remote support implementation, and service improvement initiatives. While many of my roles were operational in title, they required strong project coordination skills including planning, risk awareness, communication, documentation, and delivery tracking.

I’m now focused on applying this experience in project‑based roles, where structured delivery, governance, and collaboration are central. I’m currently looking at completing PRINCE2® Foundation to formalise my project management knowledge and support progression into Project Coordinator, Project Support, or Junior Project Manager positions.

I hold a Certificate of Higher Education, alongside GCSEs including Maths and English, which support strong written communication, numerical accuracy, and structured working practices. I have also completed vocational training through an NVQ Level 2, developing practical, work‑based skills in organisation, compliance, and day‑to‑day operational delivery.

Alongside formal education, I’ve built extensive real‑world experience in coordinating people, processes, and change initiatives within operational environments. I’m currently looking at completing PRINCE2® Foundation to formalise my project management knowledge and align my experience with recognised project delivery frameworks.
