Sam Whitfield

I am passionate about sound, film, TV and media, dedicated to my craft in sound and experienced working with small teams with tight deadlines while creating high-quality work. Highly adaptable in any environment, with key focuses on communication and attention to detail.

I  have formerly worked with companies such as Plimsoll Productions, where I worked with a small team of producers on a tight deadline. Due to the quick turnover, it was imperative to make sure communication was clear between editing and sound, on what I've layered over with SFX and an organised library of sound effects marked as red, yellow and green as an easy-to-understand signifier of usability.

At the University of Gloucestershire, I studied film production and specialised in sound recording, sound mixing, sound design and sound editing.
