I've been a carer for the last 10 years. I'm looking to start work part time to help me find my passion and help others.

I worked at a private nursery for 5 years up until I had my children. I went back to work part time after my first born and when i had my second baby I didn't return to work after my maternity leave. This is because my son was born with complex needs and I focused on his health and development. He needed a very high level of all round care and was often admitted into hospital. This made it difficult for me to work and so I became his full time carer.

I took up an evening course to get my gcse maths qualification. This was refreshing and really helped me with my confidence. I passed the test is 2019 and got the pass grade.
