Experience
Experienced senior administrator/specialist with a proven track record in the financial services and fintech industries, working with all levels from operations to senior management both internal and external. Extensive knowledge with many years of experience starting in high street banking before transitioning to institutional global finance firms such as Barclays Corporate and BNY Mellon. Many years working in custody operations and business support.
During my time working for custodians in operational roles, I have gained extensive knowledge of working with large teams and senior executives to co-ordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visa applications, taxi booking. I also completed the travel expense claims as a result of business travel. Ensuring company credit cards were paid in a timely manner.
I have worked on day-to-day administrative task such as reconciliations of bank statements, preparation of purchase orders and I have an extensive knowledge of industry wide payment processes.
I organise meetings with senior internal stakeholders and external clients. Liaising with clients directly and building up great relationships with those clients. For meetings I will prepare agendas, presentations where required, and I am competent in delivering presentations to an audience. I also take minutes from the meetings and will distribute to the audience with actions agreed and timelines.
Would also produce documentation relating to client contracts, department procedures and business requirements. Also did analysis on client activity (business usage) and would build this into preparing reports, including graphics, pivot tables
