I am a qualified project manager, scrum master and business analyst with over 10 years experience. I have recently finished a 2 year contract as a Digital delivery lead at Aston Martin where I was responsible for delivery across digital, CRM and CX globally. I led an award winning website transformation, an infrastructure migration, a new VR offering and 11 car launches. I enjoy contracts which are challenging and where I can add value. For example, at Aston Martin I onboarded 7 new agencies which I co-ordinated and set up the ways of working. I introduced program management tooling and change management processes to bring some order to the chaos. I have worked in telecoms, finance, aerospace and defence, automotive and logistics sectors. I pride myself on being a safe pair of hands that can be relied on to get the job done on time and budget.
