Senior Product Designer,OutThink

• During my tenure at OutThink, my primary focus was on designing SaaS and learning tools for their new content team. Working closely with senior executives and clients, I collaborated to develop innovative feature sets that positioned the relatively small startup as an industry leader.
•  One of my key contributionswas the complete redesign of the dashboard,which seamlessly integrated and monitored the entire range of products offered by the company. This comprehensive package allowed for streamlined operations and enhanced user experience. Additionally, I created monitoring tools that provided clear and concise progress updates on campaigns through out the organisation.
•  With a focus on e-learning, I spearheaded the design of new methodologies and assets aimed attraining users through an engaging reinforcementlearning loop. This approach not only reduced the time required for users to acquire new knowledge and skills but also increased information retention.By implementing interactive and immersive learning techniques, I facilitated a more effective and enjoyable learning experience for users. 
• Overall, my efforts at OutThink were focused on optimizing the company's products and training processes, ultimately contributing to their competitive advantage in the industry.

UX Lead, Meshed

• Meshed is currently engaged in the development of a revolutionary Smart Massage Chair that utilises an AI powered mobile application to create personalised massage routines based on back scans facilitated by our advanced hardware. 
• From a UI perspective, our project presented numerous novel challenges and opportunities. To ensure seamless integration of hardware, app features, and our AI capabilities,we employed low to mid-functioning prototypes for rigorous testing. This allowed us to refine the user interface and address any usability issues efectively. 
• In terms of UX, I collaborated closelywith product managers, computer scientists, and mechanical engineers to design adiverse range of app features that seamlessly interacted with prototype hardware touch points. Additionally, I played a crucialrole in developing a physical controllerto enhance the user experience and provide intuitive controls for our Smart Massage Chair. 
• Furthermore, I worked closelywith the marketing team, providing valuable insights and assistance in developing marketing strategies and assets. As a culmination of our eforts,we partneredwith an external production company to create an investor video that efectively showcased the unique features and benefits of our Smart Massage Chair.

UXDesigner,ItechoHealth

• Working between upper management and the design team to both communicate and ideate new use cases forthe Acelus app. 
• Developing new uses for our algorithm, primarily developing the app Golove which uses SMS and Gameification to increase conception rates ofwomen aged between 28-38 by 30%. 
• Workedwith medical interns and Upper managementfinding and selecting candidates for wearable medical devices to partner with.
