delivery on behalf of 2 software development agencies that were building apps, websites and admin
panels followed by 1.5 years combined of customer service and telesales experience for the uk call centre agency Connect Worldwide, as a senior
sales agent on multiple sales campaigns, remaining a profitable investment based on a successful
track record.

 A strategic problem solver, demonstrating leadership skills to implement effective
decisions and a persuasive communicator, enhancing client satisfaction.

Currently servicing for Ocean communications, taking a high number of inbound calls, dealing with multiple customer complaints and handling them to an extremely high level, sustaining QA metrics and exponentially skyrocketing improvement in Average handle time (call length) metrics.

For my GCSE’s, studied at Stoke newington school, I studied Maths, English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, History, French and Drama in which I achieved an A (7) in Maths, a B in English literature and English language, a B (6) in Biology, an A (7) in Chemistry, an A (7) in physics, an A* (8) in History, a B (6) in French and a C (5) in Drama.
