Currently servicing for Ocean communications, taking a high number of inbound calls, dealing with multiple customer complaints and handling them to an extremely high level, sustaining QA metrics and exponentially skyrocketing improvement in Average handle time (call length) metrics.

For my GCSE’s, studied at Stoke newington school, I studied Maths, English, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, History, French and Drama in which I achieved an A (7) in Maths, a B in English literature and English language, a B (6) in Biology, an A (7) in Chemistry, an A (7) in physics, an A* (8) in History, a B (6) in French and a C (5) in Drama.
