I am an experienced Revenue and Data Analyst with a strong background in forecasting, financial analysis, data visualisation, and operational improvement. In my current role at C2C Railways, I provide detailed demand and revenue forecasts, analyse trends, and support the company’s passenger revenue budgeting. I investigate the factors influencing passenger demand and use these insights to strengthen reporting and forecasting. I also conduct variance and sensitivity analyses, manage the organisation’s demand and revenue model, and work closely with Finance to ensure consistency in forecasts. Alongside my analytical work, I raise purchase orders, process GRNs, and support the HR department when needed.
 

Before this, I worked at Nissan Head Office as an Aftersales Product Management Administrator/Analyst. I produced monthly and annual reports that helped stakeholders make decisions faster, and my presentations increased engagement across teams. I used SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to build dashboards and visualisations that improved data clarity for senior stakeholders. I administered central billing using SAP, raised purchase orders, processed financial transactions, managed busy inboxes, coordinated meetings, and ensured smooth communication within the team.
 

As a Data Analyst at the Ministry of Justice, I ensured GDPR compliance, maintained clean and accurate datasets, and supported courts and tribunals through reliable data management. I also delivered training to improve system usage and streamline operational workflows.
 

I also worked as a Financial Data Analyst at RCI Financials, where I maintained a high level of accuracy in financial data entry and reporting. I processed large volumes of financial data using ETL methods, produced performance reports, and supported senior management in data-driven decisions.
