My name is Sandra, I am a Psychotherapist and  have  17 years experience in working with Mental Health. I am also a Clinical Supervisor for Counselors and Psychotherapist’s and those in related  professions. I offer 1-1 and group Supervision.  I am also a qualified trainer. I am passionate about helping people reach their full potential. I am skilled at and have mastered creating therapeutic relationships  in helping others who are experiencing mental health issues.

I am a person-centred Practitioner and have experience of counselling Adults/Young People (14 yrs upwards) and Couples.

In addition I have experience in supporting individuals experiencing  diseases such as Cancer, from diagnosis, treatment and end of life.

I work well with Depression and Anxiety. I have experience of Trauma work, Identity and Bereavement. Relationships.
