With my proven track record of achievement,  I can bring positivity, support and creative mindset to any team.  I pride myself on taking ownership of challenging problems maintaining high standards and assisting my employer in achieving their commercial objectives.  I am confident I can add value to an organisation by always ensuring the customers and clients receive the best service possible with more that 25 years experience in similar roles I can be relied on to deliver everything that I set out to achieve whilst alway seeking ways to help my employer grow and save them money at the same time.

I am currently working in Housekeeping where I have shown my work ethic, effort and energy,  willingness for doing extra with a positive attitude.   Part of my key role is to ensure that all bedrooms,  corridors and public area are cleaned to the highest standards.

I previously worked as a Donor Assistant at SANBS where I worked in various fields in the company,  the main function was to collect units of blood from voluntary donors.   It was a target driven, which was both challenging and rewarding.   I had to capturing all relevant information and report any deviation to the person in charge of the clinic. Document all result of basic physical checks on relevant records sheets. Performed confidential assessments with potential donors, assisting with phlebotomy and preparing for clinics, stores,driving to and from venue's manage the medical waste as per SOP.  Assist with educating and recruiting of new donors at health Expo's.  I also had to arrange the Annual General Meeting where all staff and donors were reworded for their milestones.

I was part of the team that successfully integrated new software system for the company and organised the roll out of competency training for all staff.

I delivered consistently high levels of customer service in all roles that resulted in increased donations for my employer.
