I am a reliable, honest, and passionate individual seeking a part-time sales assistance position within retail. Currently as a 4th year university student studying Business Management, I have learned to prioritise my work and time which demonstrates my hard work and enthusiasm to completing tasks to deadlines. By undertaking customer care modules as part of my studies I believe I have gained the knowledge and skills required to work in a customer focused environment. Also having gained experience in this field, I have demonstrated delivering excellent customer care and continuously being praised by my employer for the outstanding service that I provided customers. My role as an assistant at the library involved working in a team to help customers with queries at the front desk. Managing bookings for computers and books as well as handling money at tills. My task also involved answering phone calls in a professional manner and dealing with angry customers. I was continuously recognised for my positive language and the outstanding service I provided by my manager.
