I have over 15 years of experience in IT Service Management (ITSM), ITIL frameworks, and service governance, I am confident in my ability to enhance your ITSM strategy and drive continual service improvement.
In my previous roles at IBM, SPB Corporation, I have successfully:
- Led ITSM governance and compliance initiatives, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Managed Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, overseeing Change & Release Management processes.
- Directed Major Incident & Problem Management, implementing root cause analysis and service recovery plans.
