About Saoirse Kelly:
I am a customer and brand strategist, with over ten years’ experience working with leading FTSE 100 clients to shape the future direction of their Customer and Marketing functions. Having worked both in-house and as a consultant, I have a deep understanding of how to take a collaborative and insight-driven approach to brand development and activation.
My experience includes owning both upstream strategy-setting as well as shaping and launching new brand propositions. Having worked with some of the biggest brands in the UK, I am experienced in leading cross-functional teams to deliver on brand direction. Experience includes: John Lewis Partnership, Unilever, Virgin Media, Coca-Cola, Sainsbury’s, Co-Op Bank, Hewlett Packard and Thames Water.
Experience
John Lewis Partnership Brand Lead, current role - responsible for brand best practice across the Partnership, including brand positioning, architecture and development of cross-brand propositions.
John Lewis Brand Strategy Lead - responsible for shaping the brand direction and customer strategy, championing this with key stakeholders across the business to translate the strategy into action.
John Lewis Customer Experience Strategy Lead - responsible for customer experience strategy development and activation for Fashion, Beauty and Nursery.
Deloitte Digital Customer and Brand Transformation Manager - supported clients across a range of industries to shape brand strategy and develop customer-led propositions. Clients included Sainsbury's Virgin Media, John Lewis, Coca-Cola, HP, Thames Water, Unilever.
