I am a hard working and punctual individual, who has a great experience in the customer services area. I can work individually or as a team player to deliver high standards of service for customers satisfaction at all times. My previous experiences show I have high motivation levels and enthusiasm that are essential to meeting the targets and deadlines that have been set on me, also the ability to learn and adapt to new situations quickly and efficiently. Junior Designer at DCS Apparel, London, UK (October 2023 - Present): Collaborated with senior designer on new clothing concepts and contributed to technical drawings for production. Conducted market research, stayed updated on industry trends, and assisted in creating mood boards for design meetings. Provided administrative support, organizing sample collections, and managing inventory. 

Intern at Kraken Counter couture, London, UK (August 2023 - September 2023): Assisting in latex cutting for production, ensuring accuracy in the manufacturing process. Skilled in mending garments for fitting, using sewing techniques to ensure the perfect fit and quality finish. Managed order fulfilment by posting orders accurately and on time, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction Responsible for sourcing materials by picking up fabric from fabric shops, demonstrating strong organisational and time management skills. Provided valuable support during pop-up venues, assisting in setup, customer interaction, and sales operations to ensure successful events.

Retail Assistant at Cath Kidston, London, UK (March 2023 - April 2023): Proactively engage customers to maximize sales, maintain high product presentation standards, ensure stock availability, contribute to a safe shopping experience, and optimize sales through product placement.

Assistant at Tutussie, London, UK (September 2022 - Present): Implemented stock control processes, represented the brand in retail stores and events, collaborated with the designer, streamlined logistics operations, and assisted in photoshoots.

Summer Intern at VFGROUP, Paola, Malta (June 2022 - August 2022): Managed warehouse stock levels, customized corporate uniforms using embroidery and vinyl press machines, assisted customers with garment fitting and tailoring, prepared orders for delivery, and sold Borsalino hats at various locations.

Completed a BA (Hons) Fashion Design program at Middlesex University of London, UK, from September 2019 to 2022, achieving a Lower Second Class Honours.
It provided me a strong foundation in fashion design, covering various aspects such as design principles, garment construction, pattern making, textiles, and fashion history. The course helped to develop creativity, technical skills, and critical thinking in order to prepare me for a career in the dynamic and competitive fashion industry.
